FEES:

$10 + HST per drop in class - women and men's classes

$100 + HST per 1 month Women's membership - unlimited classes

$50 + HST per 1 month Men's


Nutrition Health and Wellness Package:


$150 for customized meal plan based on YOUR likes, dislikes, food aversions/sensitivites, your weight and your goals. Also included are 2 x one on one sessions EVERY week to review your diet, make adjustments to meal plan if needed, weight in and take measurements. You will also have access to a Nutrition Counsellor 24/7 via text/email/phone call.


For $200 you will receive all of the above PLUS unlimited monthly membership for fitness classes.


For additional $80 you can purchase a month supply of meal replacement shakes to take in lieu of meals outlined in meal plan.


For additional$250 you can purchase the premium package; meal replacement shakes, natural appetite supressant, natural fat burners, and vitamin B tabs for energy and overall improved mood.
